Have you heard that you have an unconscious mind? In fact, this best-kept-secret-to-getting-the-results-you-want is the single biggest factor in driving the results you get in your life.  So when clients come to me stuck in their stuff, missing the mark, and repeating old patterns, I tell them to “Use your mind… not that mind, the other mind!”

So often we are repeating old, unwanted patterns.  And sometimes, we’re even aware of it.  We may see the pattern as self-sabotage but that’s not really an accurate description of what’s happening.

Sure, we see the pattern happening, and we keep getting results that are not what we want, but we feel powerless to change it.  And how could you know what to do when it’s an unconscious program that’s running?
