ONLINE COMMERCE
We use First Data to process orders. If you purchase on the Site, your personal information (such as credit card and contact information) will be collected on our Site and encrypted via First Data and SSL. We also use Zapier and third-party applications to help us manage orders and lists of customers. We will ask you for data collection consent before placing your order or paying your invoice, for the purposes of conducting the transaction and for follow up information on your transaction, new products and services and marketing. We will keep data only for the time that is necessary for fulfillment of its purpose. You agree to only purchase goods or services for yourself, or for another person for whom you are legally permitted to do so. When making a purchase for someone else, and that requires you to submit the third party’s personal information to us (to ship a gift, as an example) you represent that you have obtained the express consent of such third party to provide us with their personal information.
CURRENCY
All sales are billed in Canadian dollars.
Canadians are billed tax amounts, depending upon their province, as required by law.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
We make no promise or guarantee (expressed or implied) as to the time of your product delivery. Typical delivery time can range from 5 – 7 business days from time of shipping for North American orders, and longer for international shipping. Tracking is provided for all North American shipments and is not included in International orders.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
